Steve has simply been fantastic. Our son had unfortunately failed his test twice before. Steve was very helpful, easy to deal with, flexible and he understood the character of our son. He taught him to drive , rather than passing his test. He gave useful driving tips- parking, road awareness. He made our son really relaxed and confident.

Steve is as qualified as it gets! He manages to make you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you sit in the driving seat. His lessons are planned specifically for you and is catering for all levels of driving skill. He also gives very good feedback on your driving, both during and after the lesson, in a constructive manner. Absolutely Amazing Teacher!,

Having already taken a few lessons with a different DI I soon found out that I was not taught the right way. Steve’s teaching on the other hand has always been by the book and at DVSA standards. Steve is also very patient and will tailor the lesson in a way that makes you feel comfortable. He will also evaluate at which stage you are at for each aspect of driving and then will progress you as the drive improves, I felt this was very beneficial as it doesn’t feel like anything is being rushed and that the learning plan is a custom to the learner. I could have not asked for a more experienced, kind and patient teacher. Thank you Steve for teaching me how to drive the right way and best wishes for the future of your new school!!!!

Outstanding Driving instructor!

I had all my driving lessons with Steve and im so glad I did!! Steve is so patient, a good laugh and always a confidence booster! I feel Steve has taught me life long driving skills and not just skills to pass my test. I passed with no driving faults.. Curve driving school is Excellent value for money and I will recommend to anyone, especially those anxious about learning to drive! I’ve already got you lined up for my younger sibling! Best driving instructor around

I had Steve as my driving instructor from day 1, I always felt at ease with him and never felt pressured. Also one of the most genuine guys I’ve met. Always had a laugh and lovely conversations. I passed my driving test first time with only 2 minors, couldn’t ever thank Steve enough for all he did.

I’ve been with Bill Plant / Curve for a while now and they are by far the best I’ve seen/heard about! So patient and helpful when driving! Curve Driving School is a no brained if you want to start learning to drive!

Steve – Driving Lessons

We have used Steve for several years now to carry out familiarisation drives with our Au Pairs – each one a young driver, new to driving in the UK.

Steve is patient working well to put them at their ease – even with at times limited English on their part.

We always have the confidence that if Steve has taken them out and they’ve satisfied his standards our daughter will be safe. I only hope he’s still teaching when it’s her turn…..
